Consequences of Contempt

This was a challenge I made for a site that no longer exists. Basically when Gibbs is in Mexico Ziva and Tim treat Tony badly. It gets to the point were Tony get kidnapped by a serial killer their after because Tim and Ziva weren't there when they were supposed to. Gibbs is called back.
