Hero gets hit with a curse or drug or something while working as Black Knight. End result, he returns home with a Mystic Hentai Boner he can only get rid of by having sex with some person. Wouldn't be a problem normally, Head Maid would just lock him and Demon Queen in a room together and let things take there course, or Lady Knight would happily fall on his sword. Even if neither of them could, for whatever reason, Head Maid would do her duty, Grand Princess Fire Dragon would accept her "fiance," or Witch Girl would handle it one way or another.

Except that by chance, Hero returned while Demon Queen is out on one of her quests, along with Head Maid, Lady Knight is doing work as the head of her order, GPFD is doing some negotiations for the Demon World with merchants, and Witch Girl is off doing whatever it is she does in her spare time. End result, the only person around and available to help with his Mystic Hentai Boner is Big Maid Sister, who, while more than a little nervous at the situation, is whole-heartedly willing to do whatever it takes to save the man of the house.

Could be used for any of the females, really, I just wanted Big Maid Sister. Actually could go further, like if it turns out the Mystic Hentai Boner (and Hero) are too much for any one female to handle. Some other one returns in the morning to find that he already fucked Big Maid Sister into a helpless puddle of...mind-broken, for lack of a better term, female on the floor, and she takes the poor/lucky girl's place. It moves through them all, as it turns out the only one who might be able to handle such a broken character as Hero is someone nearly as broken, i.e. a member of his party. It seems like he'll have to start moving through the cycle again after even Lady Knight succumbs, when a savior appears.

I imagine the savior as being one of two possibilities: Witch Girl, being a member of his party and therefore broken, as well as a demon. Plus, the latest chapter of the official manga shows a surprising body. I imagine her split personalities coming in and playing a role. Or the other being Demon Queen as corrupted by the previous Demon Lords, surfacing as her mind is weary from the Mystic Hentai Dick, only to be driven by pride to try and match it. She succeeds, but is promptly put back away by the no-longer-handicapped Hero.

Possible expansion: the curse goes away at dawn, but then comes back at sundown. Eventually, they discover the original cause and final cure for the curse: reproduction. The curse was originally set up in ancient times as a way to ensure a wedding was consumated and an heir produced. Once Hero impregnates someone, the "mystic hentai boner" will go away. Unfortunately, they've all been using various counter-measures, so no one is pregnant yet. More unfortunately, they aren't all suitable.

Obviously, it would be problematic for someone in charge of a convent to come up pregnant, so Lady Knight is out. The Demon Lord being pregnant would be a weakness that would spark rebellion among the demons, so Demon Queen can't, and Head Maid plays enough of a role in running things that she can't be put in that position. Fire Dragon Princess would do it, but her father wouldn't accept him not marrying her after the fact, so she's out. Leaving only Witch Girl and Big Sister Maid to do it. Witch Girl is happy to, because she thinks Hero definitely won't run away if he has responsibilities as a father. Big Maid Sister is uncomfortable with it, and actually tries using the transformation ring to take on Demon Queen's form because it makes her feel better about the whole thing.
