Deleting old profiles in the archive

I realise that the "old“ profile is read-only, but is there any way to edit/delete of it? My old profile is full of obsolete links I'd like to get rid of. Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask the question.

Once the updates are complete, all of the old profiles will be gone.
