[added] Category/subcategory Help

I'm not sure whether it's a common problem or just me, but the help links on the Add Story page bring up blank pages. I worked around it by finding most of what I needed in this (Archive FAQs) forum, but I didn't find a substitute for the Category and SubCategory FAQs that I figured are supposed to be there.

Now the category selection is admittedly quite obvious (I wouldn't stick an Original into Anime and all that,) but the differences between certain subcategories did leave me scratching my head here and there, so I think they could use an explanation. Just to be on the safe side.
