question about cobble plagiarism

I remember an author called Lakota Girl was removed for a discretion of what I think was called cobble plagiarism (not sure if that is correct name for it) and was wondering about this particular story.

In this case, the being that is the author of the fic your asking about has given us proof of permission from the original author that they are allowed to continue the story. So, no, this isn't a case of plagiarism in any way. It's when you do something like this without the permission that we run into issues.

Thanks for explaining! I guess I got confused about what means and when I saw this part; I do not have exclusive rights to continue his story, it sounded to me like the author didn't have permission.

This is why we always ask the original author IF the continuing author has permissions. In this for instance, this author was not granted exclusivity to the continuation, hence the wording of the line.
