M/M Original Fic w/coffee Barista and sex

[Guest Hoping for Help]

Alright I do not remember any names in the fic, only that they weren't very American/English. I did originally find this story by looking through the Administrators' profiles and their favorite works of original fiction.

This mullti-chaptered story revolves around a man lives alone in his apartment. He has this on again off again BF called Red (or has red hair?) who is a jerk and dresses nice but his ideal date is eating dinner at a scummy fast food restaurant. The protagonist is always the bottom, and the two bang in allies (over a dumpster), in public bathrooms, cars, really anywhere with a surface.

There's not a lot of emotion involved but this Red character was a bit of a manwhore, but only the protag. is monogamous in their relationship. He doesn't mind though bc Red always comes back. (I believe in the opening scene Red was getting blown in a club)

They breakup, a threesome happens, and other unexpected discoveries about Red's role in his relations with other guys are revealed towards the end.

The other focus in this story is a mysterious new tenant in the protag's apartment. The protag. is always making fun of his name and first trying and then succeeding in hanging out with him. The mystery guy is a martial arts BAMF with motorcycle boots and rather quiet? As the protag. focuses more and more on this new character, he loses interest in Red.

**In the last update Red sends another guy to satisfy the protag. and the protag. forgets his date with the mysterious guy.

I remember that story. It also had something to do with chai tea, I think. Weren't the chapters named after different kinds of tea?
