Log in problem

I came back to AFF to change my email, as I changed internet providers and the old one no longer exists. Great idea changing it to email and not username log in However, it was bad timing for me as I came here to change it. Not even 100% sure of my password, but too bad because I can't recover my password since the email no longer exists. I guess I should write everything down or keep trying. Any suggestions?
