cannot access acount of make a new one

hi,

i have in the past had accounts but i cant remember my passwords, i tired resetting my password but it says i have multiple accounts.

would it be possible to totally remome any accounts i have so i can then make a new one?? the email address i use is zebra_crossing_wench@hotmail.com

We show more than one account for that email address. We will merge them, and Demongoddess will contact you when that is complete. It does take time. Be patient, please?
