Legal issues and ages in different countries

Hello! I was wondering if the site has different age criterion for people in different countries. I know that in Canada and the UK, the age of consent is 16 rather than 18, so are we excluding these users or are they given a different interface?

All users, regardless of country of origin, must be 18 years old as the age of consent in the country of ownership of the site. No exceptions.
