Password Change Error

Hello,

I was unsure whom to contact but I am continually getting an error each time I try to change my password on AFF forums that states: "You must complete the entire forum". I have tried changing it, then logging out, and re-logging in but that doesn't work, and I've tried clearing my cache/cookies before logging in to try again. Lastly, I tried using another browser as an extra pre-caution.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

As an admin user, I don't change by password by the same means that any other user would. So, I had my daughter run through change of password, to see if we couldn't duplicate the issue.

Yes, we certainly can. However, to fix the issue, you need to do as she's illustrated in the attached image. Be sure that your user information (user name and/or email) is BLANK before trying to change your password.
