Confused about sub-domain-first time here

Hey guys, I'm new. Not sure where to post this question, I looked all over the forums, read the news posts, looked in the FAQs.

My question is why can't I post any stories to the Harry Potter section? When I go to upload a story, I go to the G through L category and then look for the book in the sub-category, but it's not there. It's not in the Titles in Public Domain either.

Am I not doing this correctly, or is there really not a HP category? I know there has to be, or WAS, because I'm able to look up stories from the Harry Potter category. Yet I can't post it it.

I'm so confused. I really want to post a story. I've been trying to drop it off for the last week and half.
