can't log in..actually can't update to the new members system

I can't get log in and update this it says Please Enter A Valid Bithday thought my BD is

1998-5-18

when I try to get log in to update the new system I can't and I got no mail for the new system ..and I sreached all my mail... and all I just wanna log in but I can't get log in either here or the main site =.= what should I do?,,, I read the FAQ and all but I didn't see anything about what I should do? O////^////O

If your birthday is 1998-5-18 that means you're 13 years old. Almost 14.

You can't log in because you're too young to be on this site, you twit.

you need to add a 0 before the 5. The month has to be two digits. For example, 1 is 01, 2 is 02, etc.
