Section catagory to be in: Books

I'm unsure as to how to submit my already finished story. Where, and to whom?

You'll want to look in the FAQ section for how-to's. Just be sure you're in the books subdomain (when in the user cp, select books from the jump menu located at the left and click go), before you go to add your story.
