Is it wise to keep so much mone in Paypal?

I've seen so many complaints about Paypal abusing their TOS and stealing money from their customers...I've just read you got over a thousand bucks with them, are you sure it is wise to wave such a big pile of cash in front of known cleptomaniacs and them walk away leaving the stack in plain sight on the table to tempt them?
