It can be an orgy that includes everyone in Rookie 9 or it can be multiple situations or combinations. The only condition is that everyone from Rookie 9 has to be included. Quote

Well Tenten and Neji aren't a part of the Rookie 9 so you wouldn't need to have them. The Rookie 9 include Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Hinata, Kiba, Shino, Choji, Ino, and Shikamaru. As for not doing Sasusaku, as long as they are doing it with one of the Rookie 9, I'm find if it they are not together. Quote
