Stories disappeared?

I posted three or four stories and made sure to follow the rules (the disclaimer and such) and it said in my account that I had them uploaded. When I logged back in like an hour later, it said I have 0 stories. I was confused, so I tried uploading another one but it did the same thing.

Why?

Did I post them wrong, or was the site down or something when I attempted to post them?

What are you posting, and where are you posting them to?

For example, if you're posting stories in the wrong subdomain, we delete them on sight. If you're posting fiction searches, requests, challenges and the like, THOSE get deleted on sight.

I posted a few Naruto fics. I couldn't find a Naruto category so I put them under misc anime.

That's why they were deleted then. Naruto has it's own domain so it doesn't belong in Anime. In the FAQ there is one that explains how to use the jump menu (not going to try to find it this second because my connection is deciding to be twitchy right now). That should be a great help to you and will show how to get it in the right place.
