Hmmm tough one. That single line is as far as it's gotten in the 5 years since it's been there. It's an unfic as far as I'm concerned, but maybe there was some kind of problem that happened during one of the database crashes in the past? I'm not sure. I'm happy for it to be given the chop though, personally. I'll wait to see what others might say on it first.

I looked at the actual record, there's quite a bit more content. This is an html corruption (wordord variant) from the big crash
