Melrick Posted July 4, 2009 Report Posted July 4, 2009 Some small but important changes were made to the information given during registration to this forum. It's now made crystal clear that you must be at least 18 to join, and it makes it just as clear that you must already be registered with the story archive before you register with the forum, and that you will not be approved to join the forum until you have done so. Also, version 3 of IP.Board has been publicly released, so when upgrade day gets closer, you'll be notified, so keep an eye out for the announcement!
DemonGoddess Posted July 5, 2009 Report Posted July 5, 2009 I'm waiting before performing the upgrade, to ensure that they have the bugs under control first, as this initial release is apparently quite buggy. Also, to ensure that the major modifications I have in the board already, are re-coded to work with IPB 3.x So far, none of them are, as they are ALL having to be rewritten.
DemonGoddess Posted September 9, 2009 Report Posted September 9, 2009 Invisionboard is still working out the bugs, enough to where I am not comfortable performing the upgrade to 3.x at this point in time. I'm HOPING that the next revision will fix the stuff which concerns me, so that I can do this upgrade.
