Umm... I'm really searching for this story - I don't remember clearly, but there is in that in the past everyone died, only two twin brothers remained.

And of course it's mpreg - there are bearers and breeders if I remember right. And there is a boy who get's pregnant at first try from his partner. And they are in a..... a... can't remember, but the young boys are away from their families.
