I have the same problem. I'm been off from AFF and lemons for a while. Now I'm back, and showing as "active" I suppose, but I can't post stories. When I go to the category subsection from the control panel, and click "Add", it just gives a page with no posting elements. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but as it is, I have no idea how I might post stories.

Why is the Lost Odyssey section so empty? The game's awesome (and hot) characters deserve more loving! Also of the panting ecstatic kind.
Here's a few ideas -
Kaim/Seth - at times, Kaim seems annoyed with Seth. Or is it something else?
Seth/Jansen - for all their bickering, Jansen is definitely interested, and it's not a long shot for Seth either.
Ming/Numara army - with Ming forgetful and hazy, Kakanos convinces the Queen that it's standard practice for her to engage in a bukkake/gangbang session with the royal guard. His assurance stirs a desire inside Ming, and either gradually or quicker, she muses on the thought and acts out on it.
What ideas do you have?

Not a problem Streti, it WILL be finished, as the person who convinced me to get started on it won't let me let it go. Plus, I don't want to let myself down on this as well, as while it's taking a bit longer than my oneshots, or Sacean Nights overall, I want to release this mainly so the section can finally have some Cecil/Rosa.
(It'll have a few fantasy scenes from Rosa's over stimulated imagination, but nothing more than a few scenes before the action itself.)
Regarding the discussion in the Golden Axe reviews, I promise to review when there is the tiniest bit of this story out.

I've taken on one of my own challenges, and have started work on Final Fantasy IV: Coated in Affection, a Cecil/Rosa story somewhat inspired by both Streti's works, and EMPIRE of DIRT's Smothered in Love.
Oh, I'm interested in this. Please make a note with one means or another if (hopefully when!) you finish it.

Ah yes, the old nut and muffin. But this is buried deep in the anime section. I must say, I like the bath scene in Plastic Little, but that isn't exactly Male/Female either. Perhaps anime is just bad in portraying realistic males, leaving the girl-boys for the yaoi fans and the female characters to the teen boys?

I was referring to the two Rydia pics you had up there. While I would love to see one of Rosa in the same style as the first of the two pics, as I stated in my Review, I'd rather her getting coated by Cecil only, but that's just my own preferences.
Oh, I see. It's somewhat interesting, thanks for your suggestion. However, I won't be getting any more art from anyone to feature in the near future.

"Leveling Up Rydia": When Rydia rejoins the party, she's still somewhat uncertain of her ability to help the group, and even though she's grown, she's still not quite sure of being an "adult". So, she needs to be "leveled up", and she agrees with Cecil, Kain and Yang that the best way to do it is a hot, steamy, cum-strewn gangbang, to make her really an "adult" and boost her confidence.
"Showering Appreciation" (bukkake): Rosa is to become the new Queen of Baron, but according to ancient Baron law, she must first be accepted to the position in a special ritual. What kind of ritual, exactly? One where the soldiers and other servants of Baron show their appreciation of their new queen by showering her and her skimpy clothes with their seed in a free for all bukkake / group sex orgy! Work in guest appearances of the FFIV cast or a special outfit of Rosa's for the occasion if you want.

Lack of reviews makes me think that readers aren't interested in a story. Page views don't mean anything, they could be readers who loaded up the story, got bored after a few paragraphs and then closed it, or browser refreshes, or even bots. Also, when there's no reviews, there can be no exchange of ideas. The readers are just passively absorbing the story, and the writer gets no feedback on which ideas were good, which were not.

Alright, case is settled, everything's fine, no need to worry.
Even nasty pieces of work should have a protection of expression. If there is a crime committed, that crime should be judged accordingly, but prosecuting just for imagination is quite questionable. Just because somebody can put down a nasty imaginary work doesn't mean that even the author themselves might not be disgusted with it. Just imagining nasty stuff (and writing is a way of imagining) shouldn't be a crime.
And really, whoever even reads that stuff.

Ever feel like your brain has been filled to the max? Not a headache, not feeling bad, just a feeling like the hard drive of your brain is at full capacity and can't take any single bit of information or thought anymore? And you just smile and nod, with an empty look on your face, a light buzzing filling your mind, so that all the information there, any thought, you can't access any of it, it's jammed, completely filled and feels blank, because you can't get anything from it? And everything seems so complicated and difficult, options options options everywhere, everything is so... bloated, like a horribly heavy food that you're trying to eat right after a big meal, only it's your brain doing the eating and crying, no more, no more! And you just want to empty it somehow, wipe your mind clean, completely clean, wipe it all away, forget everything, like pouring water out of a bucket? Information overload, that's what they call it, but it's also thought overload, emotion overload, everything overload. And you just gotta go sleep and hope your brain can sort it out, for now, until the next time.

Mass exodus? When did that happen and why? I've been thinking that the forum is surprisingly quiet, though can't be sure if that's the status quo due to being relatively new.

Adult situations include language, violence, drugs, and other things thought to not be suitable for minors. That is what the creatures of the site had in mind from what I've heard.
Did they? Click on "Add story" in the author panel and look at the available content codes. They are kinda setting a tone, don't you think?
Oh, and I think smut can be a good, interesting element in the first chapter, but it kinda sets an expectation of more on the way.

So, what do you find rewarding in writing fiction and adult fanfiction? Is there something more you seek from making stories besides just getting the story done? And is there some "reward" you would hope to have more than now, whether personal or external?
For me, one of the rewards used to be that I liked reading my own stories afterwards. However, these days I rarely read my own stories anymore. So, that's one reward that used to be there but isn't anymore. However, I still enjoy the creation of the story, even if I don't go back to it like I used to.

I've been publishing my smut here at AFF for a long time but haven't been active on the forum until recently. I like reviews and new ideas, and also have some currently unrealized aspirations. So, this is Streti saying hello!

Iron Man: this was good enough. The sequel could be great.
The Dark Knight: BB was rather good, definitely going to see this.
Narnia 2: the first one was horrible, but this might a little better... I would hope. As a fantasy epic, it stands out from the rest of the summer movies, which might warrant a watch.
Speed Racer: Trailer is awesome. Very likely going to see.
The rest: probably not going to see. There was some other movie I was interested in but I've forgotten what.

Using the right-hand corner login seems to have worked, thanks!
However, it seems there could be a great many other members puzzled by this problem of the center login box as well. They might never persist long enough to find that the solution is as simple as using the other login, so hopefully there will be some fix for this issue soon.
