    About the time of the race, I got it in my head to do something larger and make a more expansive story. It was supposed to connect to a couple other realities / stories and spawn an eventual endpoint, Shadow over the Tomb Raider, that ultimately would have seen Lara recaught and captured after being betrayed by Himiko / Sam. Before that, the original ending had Lara escaping in London but the psychological damage she’d suffered made her escape short-lived, and she was quickly found and handed back to Drasha, the rest of her life being spent in the care of James as his beast of burden and eventual house pet. James would have eventually married Himiko / Sam for political reasons, a thing that would have given Lara hope, then terror, and then, finally acceptance at the feet of a corrupt aristocrat and a pseudo-goddess.  

    The story got away from me, then real-life got in the way of the projected sequel, then the project mutated, and now I’m working on something equally absurd. I ended up writing a few fics based on Revolutionary Girl Utena, Sinfest, another Metroid thing, a few chapters of an American McGee’s Alice story, an X-Men thing centered on Kate Pryde and the Vivendi that went kinda dark, a Ghost Spider fic that went Masque’d Hawk levels of dark, and a post-Hogwarts Hermione Granger story with a subtle bad end, but then that all got co-opted into a bizarre thing that I’m about two-thirds done (see cover below, artwork by meeps123 and used with permission). I’ve been using Hentai Foundry and DeviantArt as a point of contact because I don’t want to violate the ToS here, but I should have some things ready in time for Christmas (and, thankfully, I now have a couple editors making sure I don’t overshoot myself). 

    Also, just because: huge fan of your work.

    Good to hear you’re doing well! So is there a possible sequel still on the way or is that project not being worked on? Because the description of being returned to Drasha and with her overseeing Lara she never escapes sounds great!

    Happy New Year, Mal! Looking forward to those other stories and chapter 51. Hope the Isabela Merced story is kind of bondage heavy :) Happy Cyberpunk 2077 is working for you (I’m guessing PC) with all of the mess that games going through, can’t play it yet and now probably never can on console :(  Bring on 2021 with an awesome update!

    Loved how far the girls have progressed into their relationships and Cara’s openness to seeing the benefit of her “niece.” Hope with the new schedule plan the punishment room is not abandoned. Liking where this is going with Taylor and Ari :) Hope Kendall and Alexandra’s appearance is able to happen in the next one, but sounds like they are being introduced separately. Now to wait for the next one!

    Thanks for the update, hope the tentative schedule is able to go as planned. Little thing I noticed was that Ari’s personal schedule and orders were she would be in the main room ahead of the girls to get them used to her being a cat (which by now they seemed to have), but she always came out when they lined up for weigh-ins (think the 9:30AM start for Ari to the 11AM start for the weigh-ins). Maybe one of the ladies can have a moment with Ari past their curfew when she is still out in the main dorm?

    One thing I hope is addressed is how the incident with Alex affect Ari and how she behaves onward. Plus after seeing a video of Dana Vespoli with Jessa Rhodes acting like a cat like Ari, hope one of the girls would be turned on enough they’ll have sex with Ari while she’s still a cat.

    Still wish the final member was Gal Gadot, but will be interesting to see how Alexandra and Kendall will fit in. With Kendall being kept loyal with a constant supply of Arcadia, will Bella realize that’s what Arcadia does or just be possibly be kept in control? Also around the time of everyone getting taken, think there can be some fun tension between Kendall and Taylor. Can’t wait for the next one!

    Initially from the polling I did not care for the new girl, but now I’m for it.  Can’t wait for the training she goes through in the next chapter.  Only now I wonder how she’ll fit in with the rest of the harem.  Will she have to pretend to be kidnapped? Will she be content of not being one of the higher levels even though she is the first slave? Back with the others, I think Ari is the last one to wrap up before the time jump. Hopefully she still stays as a petgirl :) .
