Hi Magus and family. Sorry to hear about your health problems, but I am glad to hear you all are feeling a little better. I haven’t been around much for a long while as I have been handling my father’s health issues. Again I am glad your feeling a little better.

Well I have to agree with Angeldust. The first series was excellent. The second series was not bad until Petra showed up. After she did the whole thing went down hill fast. Now with the best character in the series, Amy, getting hurt I guess I will follow Angeldust and leave. I hope you continue with North star as I really like that series.

Hey not all old guys are creepy, some of us are nice guys. We just sit back and watch everything. After saying that I can truthfully say as a retired EMT there are a lot of older women who are creepier than men.

I was just going to post when I read your post BOSS. I was going to say you must love the way you get everyone talking about your stories. To me it says that your writing is so good people talk as if it is real life. keep up the good work.

What I fear is going to happen is that Emma is going to really fall in love with Petra and forget all about Max. My reasoning is that Petra can give Emma everything, meaning she can love her as a man can and still know what Emma wants as a woman, while Max can only give her man loving. Petra acts differently when Max is around like she is trying to hide what she really wants and that is to be the number 1 male. If you check back through the chapters you will find that Max has only made love to Petra twice, while Petra has had sex with Becca, Nadi, Emma numerous times and worst of all Marge. It is almost like she is trying to prove she is the better male than Max.

I have to disagree with you. In my opinion Amy is a lot more mature than Emma. She acts like she does to try and hide how serious she really is. Look at whenever a plan is needed, who usually comes up with it but Amy. She acts crazy and over sexed but she really only loves Alice and Max. While I find Emma can't seem to make up her mind who she really loves. In the first series she stated that she loved Max truly, then Becca came on the scene and she tells Max that she loves Becca as much as she loves him. After the big blowup in this series when Max left Emma realized that she loved Max more. Then came Petra. Emma fell so in love with Petra that she basically ignored Max. As an example in the first series when Max left to go and rescue the kids overseas Emma fell apart. After Petra arrived and Max was on a mission Emma started to worry for only a moment then went and cheated on Max with Petra. In my opinion Emma is so immature she doesn't really know what she wants. And the worst thing that has happened to this series was bringing Petra into the family.

Myself, I still think Max should just up and leave, let the rest of them fend for themselves. It would be a good start for book three. With Max gone the rest shouldn't have any problems. Let Max establish a place in the rockies. Let him be gone for about six months or so, that would shake things up. Maybe then when he came back the rest would appreciate him more.

Yes I can see your point, but the way things are now Max can't seem to express his love to any of the girls without Petra horning in. I know Emma is susposed to love Max more than the rest but it seems that petra has taken over her life. Everything Emma does seems geared to pleasing Petra and not Max. It is turning out to be another Becca situation. As for Petra giving Max a little relief she is almost cutting him off from all the others. A few chapters ago you had Max and Marge spend some quality time together then spoil it by bringing Petra in and she took Marge away and had sex with her. If you check back through the chapters I think you will find the only time Petra had female sex was when she lost her virginity to Max, every other time she is acting as the alpha male. You even went so far as having Max suck her penis, thus placing Max in a subservient role to Petra. Except for the above it is a fairly good series. I could hardly wait for the next chapter, but lately I find I am skipping through parts of the story. Oh well hopefully you will tone it down a bit and let Max take over the alpha male role again.

I don't know the more I see of petra the less I like her. She seems to be trying to become the Alpha male of the group. Looking at everything she has done it seems like she is trying to have male sex with all the girls in the harem. First she gets Emma to cheat on Max, before everyone jumps on this statement and says that Max has had sex with just about all the women in the group, remember that it is with Emma's permission or her pushing Max to do it. Look at when Max was on a mission. Before Petra joined Emma was always worried, very worried. The last mission Max was on Emma started to get worried but then decided to have male female sex with Petra. It is almost like Max is second choice with Emma. The only time she is really worried is like in the last chapter when she thinks Max is going to leave or is mad. The next to cheat on Max is Marge with Petra. Granted Max was there but we all know Max would not say anything. If I could get you Magus to grant me a wish it would be to have just the original 6 characters get back together and be a family. These are just my personal observations. Just to close I would like to say that up until about half way through this series it was very good, but lately it seems that everything is geared toward petra and what she wants. OK everyone can jump on my comments and blast me to pieces.

Yea, I vote for Amy she deserves to finally have one of Max's babies. Her and Emma did say they wanted a football team with Max.

I left for awhile but couldn't stay away even though I still think there are way too many characters. I really miss the closeness that the original six characters had at the start of the first series. Now they seem to be off on their own courses of whatever. Too bad, as it seems that the family is splitting up. May seems to be spending more time with Rick and his harem and poor Marge seems to be left out of the story except as an after thought. Again I really liked the closeness that the original six had and hope to see them get together some time in the future even if it just to sit and talk as a family. Thanks for two good series and keep up the good work.

LlAfter all Max has been through for everyone don't you all agree he should have someone to love him the way he loves them. From the start of the first series he has loved Emma unconditionally, but as much as it pains me to say it seems that Emma is not mature enough to love him as much. I can see her loving Amy as Amy iguss her sister, but her falling in love so deeply with first with Becca and now Petra to the extent it excludes Max is inexcusable. Now I know this is just a story but Magusfang is such an excellent writer he is causing us all to have these discussions. So blame everything on his writing.

Well I for one would like to see Petra disappear. Not die or get killed just leave, but the way Emma is acting she would leave with Petra. Maybe the best thing is for Max to just set up is bedroom down in the lab and stay away from all the women or have him meet someonefrom outside of the extended family.

As much as I would like Max and Emma to remain a couple I have to agree with the majority that Max should tell Emma to chose either Petra or Max. If not have Max say to Emma that although he loves her deeply he can no longer accept her falling in love with someone else. At least with Amy and Alice he knows what will happen. Maybe even have Max and Marge finally decide to become a couple.

That's just it. There are too many story lines because there are too many characters. Never mind the stories about Evan's parents as they have no bearing on the main story. I still think that either Emma and Max are going to be together or have Max finally have enough of Emma falling in love with every girl who comes along and leave Emma.

Just read chapter four. Great chapter, nice way you had Gemma wake up on Christmas. Waiting patiently for the next chapter. Keep up the good work.

Well I haven't posted in awhile as I have been away up north with no internet. Just finished the chapters I missed. I just wanted to say your writing is as good as ever , the only thing is there are too many characters and it is getting too confusing trying to figure out who's who. As much as I like your writing I am going to have to stop reading this series. Hopefully you will continue with North star. Goodbye and good luck on your writing.
