  1. Not to contradict your knowledge of the story, but maybe you either completely jumped over this line or I'm reading it the wrong way.

Chapter 15, when you were addressing the woman who think she had a right telling you off. The exact lines.

"And you! You misogynistic bastard! What give you the right to give any woman orders?” Her rage was obvious, but Krys only smiled coldly, bringing up his right hand.

The woman and I both flinched in fear of a strike, but quickly regained our composure as we noticed the ring on his finger.

“I got the right when she chose to marry me.”

I might have read it wrong. That or the ring was just for show and there was never any actual underlying idea that at some point, behind the scenes, you two got married.

As for what I meant by 'too well' in regards to Amara's control of you. The only images I've gotten of her so far, mental of course, is that she is quite content being your pet and wouldn't have any ability to control another person. Could be that she falls into the role really well, or my judgment regarding the abilities of people is fading. I fear the latter...

Thanks for the message. Merry Christmas to you as well.

  2. Favorite part would have to be chapter 15, when the woman tries to scold you for ordering Amara to wait outside the candle shop. I found it funny and also very thoughtful. I don't know why I should be surprised that you know Amara to such detail, but it still kinda caught me off guard and made me hopeful that real gentlemen still exist in this world.

Hmm... the least favorite thing would have to be the next chapter, chapter 16. I did not expect a switch situation to arise and it kinda threw me off for a little bit. But it didn't kill the story and it was kind of interesting to see how Amara handles you. I say she did quite well, if not a little too well. Again, slightly amusing and funny, even though I am not really into seeing female owners or a mistress handle her male slave/pet. Hopefully I don't offend either of you with that last part there.

Ya know... I just can't remember when I started reading the story. There were already several chapters by that point, but I don't remember how many and it just seems like so long ago.

At first I hadn't thought of a question, but one suddenly popped into my head. Do you two meet up with other owners/masters? Also, you're married in story, but are you also married in real life? If you don't feel comfortable answering that last question then I understand.

Just to add. Hope to see you win. Good luck with writing, and thanks for letting the readers have some input on where the story will go.

  3. I was super surprised when I went on at my usual time and the site was out. Glad to see it got resolved so quickly. Nice job being so patient with the folks at GoDaddy Apollo. After receiving news that everything had been fixed, it took a quick little reset of my browser to get everything back to normal. I am so glad nothing was lost. I'm sure a lot of authors would have been so upset.

Great work DG and Apollo for taking such good care of this site and being calm in such a crisis.

  4. Sky listened as everyone introduced themselves, giving a slight nod to each person as they introduced themselves. "A god, a dragon shapeshifter, a demon who is also part angel, an anime character, a fairy... this is too crazy to be a dream" he thought. "You’re in Metropolis" he said, answering Kagome's question as quickly as it came up, taking slight notice that Foe was staring him down in a slightly uncomforting way. "I am Skyro" he added, allowing more of the introductions to get underway. This group was small and as the time ticked by the scent of the Sues on their bodies went away, leaving him to scowl faintly in annoyance. "We're wasting time... but maybe since these people and other creatures are here, things will start getting interesting" he thought.

He continued to listen to the topic at hand, trying his best to care about anything they said. Then the topic of the Mary Sues came up and he quickly tuned in his ears. The talk of a different world and the fact that these people had already taken out several Sues encouraged his hopes that maybe, finally he could go back home, or at the very least go somewhere else. He returned from his hopes when Foe began to mention the multiple types of Sues they would encounter, finding a few connections with some stranger events that were going on in this world. "That crazy young woman at the mall, yelling on and on about how she and Batman were married. Only a few paid attention to her and they ended up in the hospital after that... or the morgue. I should probably tell this lot about that woman" he thought.

He held back a laugh when BW seemed to assume that there weren't many heroes and started to chuckle quietly when Foe confirmed the high number of heroes on this planet alone. Then as the conversation turned into moment of 'Time to run', he found a match and quickly lit it, bringing the flame to the two smoke bombs and hurling them out into the fight. As the bombs exploded and filled the area with thick smoke he suddenly felt himself being teleported. He gave a light glare at Apollo when she started to explain what she did, then an even deeper glare when she just started splitting people off into groups. He sighed and shifted into his panther form, giving a light glance to Foe. "You all seem to know what the hell you're doing. But if you need some help figuring out where some of the Sues might be, then just look for me. I'll be around" he said.

Then he left, sprinting off back towards the city. He knew he needed a drink, maybe a nice meal to go along with it. He slowed his pace as he entered an ally-way, shifting back to human form before entering into main part of the city, finding a simple bar where he was a regular. He gave a light wave to the bartender before finding a seat. His drink was ready in a matter of minutes and he ordered his food while he mentally ran through all the information that the strange group of travelers had given him. "Hey doc... that crazy woman from the mall. You seen her around lately?" he asked as the bartender brought him his food. The bartender shook his head and asked for money up front. Sky gave him a playful glare before handing over the proper amount for the food and drink, giving a polite nod as the bartender left. "Looks like I get to do some hunting... I can already smell the gunpowder" he thought.

  5. Sky could only laugh softly as the fae asked if anyone in the group was a lawyer. He wondered what the creature had to fear, being so otherworldly that regular human lawyers would be in a scramble. "Of course, being an otherworldly creature would put it at a disadvantage here, where the beings think that they can just enslave anything" he thought. He looked to the woman as she approached, noticing the strong smell of shifting on her and he was slightly surprised when the woman morphed her clothing. He listened to her short questioning, taking short notice of Kagome approaching. "You seem more than passing familiar with this place. Why is it so dangerous, and what exactly did you mean about Sues?"

While thinking about his answers he finally noticed something about Kagome. She looked very familiar and it soon clicked that it seemed to be the same Kagome from the anime and the manga’s that he read before. "Couldn't be. An anime character stepping through into another world? This is the stuff of dreams... but this isn't a dream. What in the hell is going on?" he thought. He turned his attention back to BW, loosening his grip on his gun and relaxing a tiny bit. "I'm just a regular resident. Anyways, it's dangerous because these supervillians, they like to target innocent bystanders. So we're probably going to get in the way of this fight" he said.

He stopped to think, trying to figure out how to best answer the question about the Sues. "Much as I hate it, honesty will be the best policy in this situation" he thought. "Well Bronx, as crazy as this may sound, I actually don't belong here. I was kidnapped and brought to this world, this universe. I don't know who it was or why, but... well, I can't say this any other way. The creature that pulled me through has the same stench that hang on all of you. Plus that same stench fills this entire city. So something isn't right here. I'm concerned that these Sues you all speak of, are some kind of powerful force that are causing trouble" he said. He dug into his satchel and pulled out a few smoke bombs. "If you and your group would like to, I'll create some cover and you all can move somwhere safer. What do you think?" he asked, giving a goofy grin as he thought of using the explosives.

  6. Sky listened in closer, hearing a few of the stranger things that these new people knew of. "Sues? As in, Mary Sue? But... Mary Sue is a badly made character in a story. What would they have to do with different universes?" he wondered, keeping a very close eye on the fight and how it was progressing. Taking the situation on a larger scale he noticed that there were multiple creatures, some that were soaked in the rich and delicious smell of blood. The others, the pixie for certain, were creatures that didn't belong anywhere except a story.

He resumed watching and listening, trying to connect the pieces together. He could sense the faint aura of shape shifters but he couldn't pin which ones or what they changed into. He noted that the woman with the pixie seemed to be wounded and the smell of gunpowder was still trapped on the spent bullets. "Whatever these people were up to, they got in one hell of a vicious fight. So what are they doing standing round here near to the danger area? I'm starting to wonder if these folks are just idiots who know how to jump universes" he thought.

Deciding that wasting time wasn't worth it he shifted back into his human form, digging into his satchel to pull out a Glock and sliding in a full ammo clip in case the strangers turned hostile. After making sure the weapon was hidden he put on a fake smile and walked over to them. "Hello strangers. What are you all doing standing around here where it's so dangerous?" he asked. He didn't wait for any answers, quickly jumping to his next question. "I heard you folks talking about some pretty strange things. Sues, and you spoke of this world like you're visiting. Care to explain?" he asked. He made sure to have one hand pressed firm to the grip of the gun, not wanting to be caught off guard.

  7. Skyro let out a soft yawn as he watched part of the city from the top of an abandoned warehouse. It had been a few weeks since he got dragged to this world. Whatever dragged him here seemed to be waiting for something, but whatever it was had escaped his mind a week after getting here. This world was a lot of fun, criminals and fools who thought they could commit a crime. In the short couple of weeks that he had been here he had already found the best way to pass the time was to capture lesser criminals for reward money. He was aware of this world and its heroes, the Justice League. They seemed harmless and didn't carry the scent of the creature that dragged him through.

"That scent" he said aloud, getting up and pacing around the rooftop. "It a stench that fills this entire planet. I can't pin point it" he added, scowling slightly at the frustrating situation. He continued to pace around until he noticed a bit of news on the winds. "Strangers" he thought. He quickly shifted his form into a panther, dashing across rooftops and then taking to the alleyways when he got closer. He shifted forms again, taking his cat form to sneak as close as possible and watch what was going on.

The league was battling another supervillian or one of the crazy robots that some super genius invented to cause trouble. He scoffed softly, wondering when the league would just wise up and lock up every last villain in special prisons. Until then this was a daily or sometimes weekly amusement. But the major points of interest today were the strangers. He got there in time to hear their names. "Foe, Kagome, Sanura... but who are the others? he thought, trying to etch the names onto a mental list. These strangers had the scent of another world and the same rotten stench that filled the planet. "Maybe... just maybe" he whispered, wondering if these strangers would know how to get back.
