Okay call me stupid. How do I add a story to favorites or even contact an author. Step by step instructios would be great. For some reason my brain won't let me figure it out.

Okay so I am reading stories that are works in progress. How to I bookmark these or get an alert or something when the author updates? I have explored everything I can think of and can't find the button or whatever that I need to push. Please help Michelle
