First a bit of explanation on the vision of succubus I would like to see:

A succubus is not evil; they are more gray than light or dark and are very, very sexually active.
A succubus don't feed of life force but of sexual energy and of a bit of magic released during the sex; drain which sadly kill two muggle on three that have sex with a succubus if this one is not young enough or have the proper control.
When a wizard has sex with a succubus the magical energy drained is sufficient to prove a giddiness but this magic is regenerated in one day, a squib is weak and must rest for one week, a muggle, if he lives, is very weak and must rest for one month.

A succubus can feed of the sexual energy by having sex with other succubus, the magic is simply echanged then.
Also only the magical beings can be transformed by a succubus.

Fot the type of transformations:

-The succubus's slaves: are mostly human but with enhanced resistance, elasticity and flexibility. they can be female or male and sometimes the male are sissified. They can think by themselves but their will is centered around their mistress and the queen. With time they can convince the more weak-willed to offer themselves to their mistress. Their lifespan is normal if a bit longer with their better resistance.

-The succubus's servant: mix between human and magical beings, they can be males, females or hermaphrodites. they have their free will but their mistress stay one of their top priority. They can harvest other for their mistress but cannot transform them. Their life span is double of a slave.

-The succubus daughters/sisters: pur succubus, are only female but can grow male genitals and their tail is another penis, they have their own hierarchie. By having sex they can transform other humans in slave, servant or succubus. They can arouse lust by mind-suggestions or by pheromones. Their lifespan is a bit longer than a servant.

-The succubus queen: Only one per colony. They have the same characteristics than the succubus but can also ascend a slave in servant or a servant in succubus (generally only servant in succubus, a slave is slave for a reason). also they don't have the necessity to have sex to feed of sexual energy, only to be in presence of beings having sex but participation is more fun. Their lifespan is a bit longer than normal succubus.

When a succubus give birth, the baby is generally of the same level than the mother, for this reason a queen is rarelly pregnant, only when another colony must be created or when their live is near the end (one half century before the end).

All succubus level can transform in a human form.

Now for the plot:

Lily was not a Evans by blood, she was adopted and was in fact the descendant of the last succubus of the world but she has never totally unlocked her magical blood. When Voldemort attack she sacrifice her succubus blood to survive and protect her three daughters, Holly Potter, the girl-who-survived, and the twins born one month before the attack. After this tragic day, Lily founds a orphanage for magical children.

Twelve year later, at the end of her second year, Holly unlocks her succubus blood at the end of the chamber incident, the mix between basilisk venom, phoenix tears and the horcrux in her head is an apport suffisant of magical energy to feed the emergence of the blood. Also Ginny is immediately transformed since Holly has no control on her new gifts.

Slowly Holly accepts and embraces her new condition and decides that since the wizarding world of Britain is corrupt beyond all redemption she will slowly replace the wizarding britain by a society of magical succubus.

other details:

Like said, Ginny must be changed first and she must be a full succubus, during the summers she must change Ron in a sissy slave.

Holly must change her mother and her twin sisters in succubus.

Another obligatory sissy must be Draco, Holly utilise him like a test for a subtle mind-change.

Holly must have a regent for each house, Daphne for Slytherin, Susan for Hufflepuff, Ginny for Gryffindor, and Luna for Ravenclaw.

Another version for this challenge:

Lily was a succubus since her birth but her succubus blood has only emerged that during the conception of her daughter so she has not had the possibility to form her coven.

When Voldemort attacks Lily don't die but she falls into a coma since her magic preserve her daughter from the horcrux.

At the end of Holly's second years the basilisk's venom manages to destroy the horcrux before being neutralised by the phoenix's tears, since Lily's magic don't have to block the soul fragment anymore, it returns slowly to Lily who slowly awakes.

When Lily finaly awakes, her first action is to find her daughter who is at the dursley; when she learn the treatment of Holly, Lily is furious, she discretely penetrate her daughter's room during the night and after some heartfeel reunion she transform her daugther into a succubus, the next day she restrain the Dursley and transform them into slave but not before Holly transform her little cousin, the only person to truly love her at the dursley, into a succub herself under the stare of the rest of the "familly".

Now mother and daughter are ready to return to their world, to form their own coven, to take over magical britain and to reign over it from the shadows.

Other detail:

you can take the details about succubus from the first version since I like them but I change the fact that a muggle generally died after having sex with a succubus, they are only worn down for a day, a squib is exhausted for several hours and a wizard is dizzy for one good hour before that his or her magic is restored.

Also the numbers of Succubus Queen goes from one per colony to one per generation for each colony, generally the first daughter born from a queen will become the new generation's queen. If a queen decides to form a new colony, another succubus can take her place into the old colony, the decision is taken by the other queens.

All beings transformed by a succubus has the tendency to slowly adopt the optimal physic they can afford since the succubi love the beauty.

Lily forms her coven using the prominent witches or wives from the society that are near her age, the only ones that I imposes are Amelia Bones and Narcissa Malfoy, Lucius must become the Slave of Cissy, Severus must become the slave of Lily, Remus and Sirius must become servant.

The coven of Holly must be composed of her cousin, Katie Bell (she is the second that Holly transform because Holly has a crush on her), Ginny Weasley, Hermione Granger, Daphnée Greengrass, Tracey Davis, Astoria Greengrass, Susan Bones, Hannah Abbot, Luna Lovegood, Padma Patil, Su Li and Gabrielle Delacour. Draco, Ron, Cho and Marietta must become slave, Fred and Alicia and George and Angelina must become two couples of Servant.

Tonks must become a succubus but can be in the coven of your choice.

Each Succubus must have one personal slave and one or two (generally a couple) of servants.
