True, the flamers didn't bother to tell the author WHY they thought it sucked - which was wrong of them to do. But I have to agree with them on this one. No, it wasn't the plot nor the action that turned me totally off. It was the fact that it was so FULL of constant grammar errors that I was so horribly distracted by them - that I couldn't enjoy the story. Hopefully the author takes my advice for what it is - and begins to use (and learn from) a good Beta. She's not a 'bad' author - just an 'uneducated' one. Quite a few of the minors we've caught are actually talented, watchful of their grammar, get betas, the whole works. DAMMIT. However, will process this old minor, as she IS an old minor.
