I love reviews. I want them constantly. I write something I want someone to say what they think what they don't like, what they do like ect. Constructive criticism is always great. When i first started writing my story The Ship I got some really good reviews from a reader. They gave me more confidence.

I am a newbie here and I really just don't understand the definition of a Mary Sue, to me it sounds like its a cliche story but I'm not really sure. I am working on original characters and stories. Any help would be great.

This is a wicked helpful forum. As I try to find ways to revamp my story I am in serious need of a thesaurus or just some suggestions regarding vocabulary to use while writing a sex scene. Anyone?

The Ship is a story I have been working on for the past year. It is my first attempt at writing in this fashion and I would really like people to read and comment on it. The story is about a girl who is in her early twenties and she decides to jump ship at a Port. She ends up jumping ship on a pirate ship and a whole sort of adventures begin. The summary is as follows: Title: The Ship Summary:Penny wants adventure, so much she would even venture onto a pirate ship called the Throne.
