I have just fucked my back up...in soooo much pain, but at least I am still able to type. *Phew*

Yeah, my family's not usually bad at it, either, but my back was all sorts of messed up, so we had to call on help. Normally I can pop my back with some twisting or stretching, maybe a little heat where needed, but that time it all failed and I was having a hard time popping my neck, too, so my family couldn't help.
