I'm looking for stories where both harry and hermione are both pentaheirs, meaning that they are both heirs of the founders of Hogwarts and either Merlin or King Arthur.

I read a story, where Harry was ask by the Sorting Hat to come forward and put it on, and when Harry put the Sorting Hat on it gave him the task of helping Madam Pomfrey, the mediwitch, in the hospital wing with a student's problem. Colin Creevy is the student that Harry is assigned to help out, because he wears diapers, so Harry has to change Colin whenever Colin's diaper is full or wet. Harry gets arrused by having to change Colin's diaper. Can anyone help me to find the story?
