Next to him was Aunty Marge naked horse riding on her own Horse (Dudley and Vernon are used as Horse) at the leash was Petunia in a too tight collar. Something like Marge comes to visits for the first time and sees how they are treating Harry like an animal, trick the Dursleys into having a trip out to her remote farm then she puts them in there place and shows Harry how he should be treating the real animals of the situation.
