Highschool dxd, thanks to a wish made by one of the girls from Kuoh academy makes, All the girls treat Issei the way he has been treating them.

It is done threw minimal memory manipulation, Instead Rias, Akeno,Koneko,Sona use threw influence to make the wish happen. By leading the way and showing a example to the other girls by treating him the way he has treated the girls.

 

because the wish is granted threw social influence instead of memory manipulation, it leading to a more permanent change in the way the  girls of the school treat Issei instead of being a temporary.

 

The girls also take thing further than Issei ever did, Because who is going to believe Issei if he tries asking for help. His two friends would just get jealous and add fuel to the fire, the girls are all feeling vindicated,the Staff all know to look the other way and his parents arn't going to believe them. he might even enjoy it at first before the girls start takeing it to far.

 

When Issei joins Rias Peerage, it only then that they get a look at what  their small wish has done to Issei. With continued treatment of Issei even after he Joins the Peerage causing the trauma from being killed by Raynare after their first date coming to the girls attention much sooner than canon. With Asia treating him the way the rest of the girls in school do being the thing that breaks Issei. And Leads to the girls coming clean about how it's was them granting a wish that started it all.

 

with It being a Hurt/comfort story. We're Issei is hurt because of the Wish a disproportionate amount. And then being comforted by the girls of the Rias’s peerage. With lots of hand holding,headpats and cuddling.
