I’m pretty sure it exists but I can only remember the plot.

The Plot

I remember that the brother gets bit by a bug that makes him erect.The brother and sister get lost in the cave.They have to go through the hole but the brother can’t fit since his erection is too big for him to fit in the hole.Long story short , they have their “fun” and his erection goes away.

EDIT:The story takes place during a vacation in a cave in Thailand and the story mentions a exotic hole but the brother hears erotic hole.

The brother has to fit through the “erotic hole” but can’t because of his erection.Sister takes care of it and the slip through.The tour group laugh at them and there is semen on the walls of the cave.
