Pairing: Spike/Xander or Oz/Xander or Spike/Xander/Oz

+Xander is turned into a girl (whether by misused or accidental magic, demon, or curse is up to you)

+Xander's mind is a bit fragile from shock after being turned a girl, whoever 'she' is paired with takes care of her till she's mentally recovered and stronger again

+Xander soon find out accidentally that she could do magic so she decides to start studying spells, etc. so she could help more in the good fight (when it comes to magic Xander seems to have an affinity and she has an instinctual understanding of magic and the consequences of using magic and responsibility which makes her never be able to become addicted to magic like Willow, she also has a potential to be as great and as strong as Willow)
