The opening scene included Homer having tied Lisa to the bed to give her "life lessons" while he and Bart ravaged her innocence. The phrase Bart used in describing fellatio with Maggie, was a comment about her "soft gums," and that upon tasting his climax, she made a face. I have read similar but nothing exactly the same as this story. In its heyday it had garnered the name "Worst fanfic ever," probably coined by Comic Book Man. Kudos to anyone who can locate this.
