Holy fuck! At those temps I’d build the fucking Wicker Man in the living room! And I won’t complain about our -7°C (that’s 19°F for those who are Celsius-challenged )
I’ll send what warm thoughts I have to you, love.

You’ll want to build the Wicker Man near your house to help keep the heating bill down.

My bad, left the freezer door open…

I say Disney Princesses are allowed to kick ass, whether it be tarantulas, lizards, or millipedes, so Melrick keeps his tiara.

Both the lizard and millipede fought hard for their lives, but they didn’t reckon with someone as stubborn as me. And millipedes that large do not go down easy, let me tell you! If it could have given me the finger, it would have.

I’m beginning to wonder if that makes Melrick a Disney Villain then, or if the lizard and millipede are still enough to keep his Disney Princess status

But Melrick obviously didn’t want to be friends since he implied that he stomped that tarantula to death

Exactly. It didn’t stay outside before you flattened it. So, why would it stay outside without a little “help.”

Yep, the tarantula became friends with my shoe. Screw putting it outside.

So, the question is, who’s the real monster here?

Don’t worry, that tarantula just wants to be friends!

Actually, if the shoe fits, you really need to shake it out before putting it on; in case either the lizard or worse yet the tarantula decided to find someplace quiet to take a nap.

lol
The spider must have crawled within centimetres of my feet as well. He won’t be doing any crawling anymore though. Oh, I did find a huge millipede on my bed once. While I was in it. That was surprising.

I’ll take the wishes for the warm winter, thank you!
If I never experience another polar vortex, I will be eternally grateful. The corgi adores snow, I’m sad to say, so I expect I will be tramping through snow in due course, while she rolls in it, buries her muzzle in it, tries to eat it, and generally behaves like a caffeinated two year old.

That confirms it! Melrick is an evil Disney Princess, since apparently he stomped the giant spider

Sorry, not sorry! I mean, if the shoe fits… or in this case a footlong lizard and a giant tarantula….
