So my father-in-law recently survived a stroke, unfortunately. (He’s a real narcissistic ass) and that side of the family is pushing for my husband and I to send well wishes to him…. So, any suggestions for bland / neutral ways to say “congratulations on your continued existence.”?

Hmm… maybe I should, like, draw a map to this haunted house before I write about it?
