This is during the Gaara Retrieval Mission. Either Itachi tries to stop Naruto when he was chasing after Gaara or he intercepts Naruto afterwards in order to reveal spy information that Naruto can carry back to the Hokage. While fighting Itachi, Naruto ends up accidentally groping or smacking his ass, and Itachi immediately freezes up with his eyes glazed over. Naruto recognizes this behavior because he had spent years fucking Sasuke secretly on the side. He realizes that both of the Uchiha brothers are inherent sluts.
