I want to write a fic about a historic figure from the 17th century who is really well-known in England, but not so much elsewhere. Plz can you advise me if I’d post this in the Celebrities section or should it be in a different category? Do dead ppl from long ago count as celebs? I notice Hitler is featured in the Celebrities category, and I guess he’s extremely well-known and all, but not a celeb, lol.
