I can't find it anywhere and it was an entire series of fics. It was a teenage mutant ninja la turtles fix where the turtles were transported to "the real world" and ended up on a farm with a divorced mom that had two kids a boy and a girl. There was a new neighbor with a horse and an abusive ex too. They ended up creating a portal between the two worlds and transported between them. In later fics they crossed over with transformers and there were dark turtles. I've been searching everywhere so if someone can please help me I would greatly appreciate it.
