A New Prophecy

During the Third Shinobi War Jiraiya received prophecy from the Great Toad Sage Gamamaru that the Child of the Prophecy would be a student of his. 

Now 13 years after the Kyuubi attack Jiraiya received another prophecy from the Great Toad Sage Gamamaru, according to the new prophecy Jiraiya's children and grand children would keep the peace that the Child of the Prophecy would bring to the world, so according to this prophecy Jiraiya must not only train the Child of the Prophecy, but also spread his seed as much as possible, as his children and grandchildren are the keepers of peace in the future.

2- Naruto's generation is older than canon.

3- Naruto also create his own harem(no incest), or if someone wants it could be an NTR, where Jiraiya send Naruto train with a clone while he bangs Kushina nearby where Naruto could hear them.
