What I remember of the plot was this: Naruto was all grown up (living in Suna I believe), and he was a weapons master and tattoo artist. He would use chakra infused ink to create tattoos that could be used like the weapons scrolls in the anime to store and summon weapons. He himself was covered in weapon summoning tattoos. I don't remember if there was a pairing, but from what I was mostly reading at that point, if there was it was probably M/M.
