Neptunia multiple CPUs idea

This story takes place in a new dimension here are the CPUs and their relationships with each other

We have Rei Ryghts (her CPU name is up to you) she has one neighboring nation and it's Iris hearts nation and the to are at war with each other

Iris heart has two neighboring nations Rei Ryghts and purple heart's Iris heart has a obsession purple heart so they are friendly with each other but purple heart told Iris heart she has to be in her human form or she'd personally throw her out and wouldn't be allowed back until she's untransformed (the only exception is if plutia was attacked and was defending herself)

Purple heart has the most neighboring nations she has Orange heart, Yellow heart, Black heart, White heart, and Green heart's nations Orange heart and Yellow heart are friends with purple heart and loves hanging out with her but Black heart, White heart, and Green heart  consider her a enemy but because White heart and Green heart don't usually attack her Black heart does mainly because when they are fighting purple heart is flirting with her and she can't figure out why it makes her happy 

Do to Purple heart flirting with Black heart Iris heart consider Black heart a enemy and goes out of her way to attack her

White heart and Green heart will occasionally team up to attack Yellow heart

The CPU keeps their humans form a secret from the other nations and their own people expect for their basilicom and their oracle (Planeptune has Histoire, Lastation has Kei, Lowee has Mina, Leanbox has Chika, Orange heart's nation has Umio and you're choice what  Iris heart, Yellow heart, and Rei Ryghts nations has) the expectation is purple heart who let her people know her human form Neptune and Neptune knows/ Known by Iris heart/Plutia, Orange heart/Uzume, and Yellow heart/ pesshy

Neptune is actually the adult Neptune with the CPU Neptune personality so the only difference is that she dual wields in her human form and in her CPU form

Your choice if Nepgear, Uni, Rom, and Ram appear in the story

The villain is Arfoire and her 8 (or 12 if you have the sisters in the story)  Negative CPUs they look slightly different from the regular CPUs and have a slightly different personality example the negative Uzume looks like Kurome what the other negative CPUs look like in their human and CPU forms are up to you and the example of the personality is Iris heart she is a sadist negative Iris heart is a masochist your choice what other negative CPUs personality are in their human and CPU forms are up to you (optional negative Blanc/While heart instead of a personality difference she can have huge breasts) negative CPUs are powered by hate and fear if Arfoire copy the power of a CPU she'll upgrade the negative CPU the upgrade negative CPU looks like the original but the personality (or if you made negative Blanc/While heart have huge breasts) don't change and they gain the power of the original shares as well as power of hate and fear

the main paring is Neptune and Noire

If you add the sisters then Nepgear and Uni also get together 

Any other paring is up to you
