An AU where, as long as you aren’t caught (seen doing magic, make it obvious ) a witch or wizard is free to do whatever they want to or with muggles. Obviously, this leads to muggle slaves, where a single muggle or a entire family, is abducted by wizards to either serve or entertain them. It’s easy enough with just a compulsion charm for the light families, or something darker for the dark families.

I’d like to see a story where Harry abuses this, and the fact he lives in a muggle neighborhood. Not to mention revenge on his bullies. Imagine having the mothers of Dudley’s gang on their hands and knees serving him, while their fathers ‘hunt’ them? Maybe have their sisters as his sex slaves
