Serafall then calls a meeting with Sona and Rias peerages explaining then Order to punish Issei during the meeting Rias panics thinking that they were going to Kill issei explains to the rest of the girls that she actually wants Issei to join her Peerage. Serafall and Grayfia then have Issei called to the room were Rias makes her offer to Issei which he accepts . After Issei joins Rias peerage Grayfia explains that they still need to punish Issei and that now that he is a devil his punishment is going to be worse because of how much stronger a devils body is and how easy it is to heal him now.

Grayfia also uses the chance while they are punishing Issei to secretly mix some training into Issei punishment.

a cool potential scene would be Grayfia, Issei, Akeno and koneko joining up to Dom Sirzechs, Serafall, Rias and Sona for there part in what happened with Issei because as Kings of there own Peerage they should have done research.( really I just want a scene were the four Kings Sirzechs, Serafall, Rias and Sona get dommed by the four servants) .
