Naruto Is Forced To Become A Geisha

This idea is in collaboration with TheWingedDragonofFuta. These are ideas we’ve worked out together. 

 

Naruto at some point (time period undecided leave ideas down below if you have them) is out of the village when he spots a geisha being "attacked" by a group of "thugs" after beating them away  the Geisha holds up a chloroform covered cloth to Naruto's face to knock him out, when he awakens he is in an unfamiliar compound. He has been taken in by a small organisation that abducts people (male and female) for transformation into Geisha, a fate that now awaits him.

His chakra has been sealed and he is placed in a "Maiko house" with several other people that make up a "family" his new elder sisters as it were that are like him, some are boys some are girls, all are in different stages of Feminization.

His new "elder sisters" and other teachers at the compound are responsible for conditioning him for his new life, forcing him to only wear restrictive kimono that reduces his movement to a cute shuffle, medical transformation into a woman via hormones and psychological training. His hair is permanently dyed black and the white makeup of a geisha is baked into his skin so he will always be as white as a ghost. 

His lessons include makeup and how to dress acording to the will of the customer, playing instruments and dance as well as lessons on sex as a woman and raising children/cooking for the man in the relationship. The new meaning drummed into his head is that of total subservience and the pleasure of serving your betters.

 While he has sex with many customers and other Geisha the end goal is to find a "danna" or patron who shall for all intents and purposes own Naruto. Naruto is after being broken the lady in waiting of the head Geisha and mistress of the sexual arts (his specialty is sex and tending the home) while looking for a danna.

The danna shall marry Naruto and sire a child with him, the end of the story should be the head geisha giving naruto a freshly abducted boy to raise as a daughter and teach him the way of the Geisha like he was taught now so long ago

This is actually a pretty cool idea, forcing him to adapt to the hyper feminine world of Geishas or any society that shows women as demure/submissive. That trick at the end with raising another captured boy to be a geisha is dead sexy.
