There is nearly no fic with Luffy and a harem of girl so  the base of this challenge is a redo of One Piece  with Luffy recruiting (even if involuntarily) only females for his crew, and alls become part of his harem.

This challenge will demand much gender bending, original and/or crossover characters and early presentation of other characters; the crew must be slightly expanded but not too much.

The fic must begins with a scene between Luffy and Portgas D. Anne, the evening before the start of her Journey. Anne decides to gift Luffy with her virginnity and, after the deed, she gives him a pep-pillow-talk where she makes him understand than being strong or even the strongest will not be enough; than to succed in his objectives he must be the best and to be the best includes thinking and acting correctely.

Luffy has not eaten the gomu-gomu no mi, instead he has eaten the mythical zoan devil’s fruit : Monkey King, which gave him the capacity to tranform into a Monkey King and give him skills similar to the mythological being. (reduced when he is in normal form).

Luffy doesn't define himself as pirate, Bluejam having demonstrated the evil visage of most pirates, but he define himself as a adventurer and a Freedom figther; his objective is to find One Piece and Raftel and to change the era of Pirates.

Luffy’s crew must be composed of : 

• Koala, was sent a bit after the depart of Anne to Watch over Luffy and to try to convince him to join the Revolutionary army, she finally join him as liaison agent between Luffy and his father, she is also the third in command
• Kuina, first mate, second in command, a story similar to Zoro but with difference
• Nami, similar story but because Luffy doesn’t define himself as pirate she opens to him much more quickly
• An OC, unknown daughter of Shanks who replace Ussop, she must use real weapon and not be a compulsive liar
• Kaya, decide to join Luffy because she doesn’t want to be separated of her best friend and as no Reason to stay at syrup, she become the nurse, the poison specialist and the psycologist of the crew
• Reiju, an OC or a crossover character must replace sanji
• Vivi, at the end stay with the crew because the marines decides to applique a martial law on Alabassta after the debacle of Crocodile. Crocodile must die and Vivi obtain his devil’s fruit
• miss Goldenweek (name of your choice), is convinced to join the crew, must be the youngest at 15.
• Chopper must be replaced by a female wolf who ate the human human fruit, must be a martial artist in addition to her medical expertise
• Robbin
• Frankie must be replaced, but the new character must have a link with Frankie and Iceberg
• Brook must be replaced
• Margarette, devellop a crush on Luffy and decide to join his crew as a link between him and Boa Hancock (who must be in the Harem but not the crew)
• Portgas D. Anne must survive the marineford and join luffy after the death of Whitebird

II have no read after Punk Hazard so I Don't know what other character there is, other than rebecca (thanks the wiki) who can join if you want, so if you want to add other girl it’s your choice but Don't forget that for each crew member, the opposite factions must be balanced and that a when a harem become too big he lose some interest.
