I’m pretty sure the old email address I would have used would be long since deactivated. Is there are a way to be able to have the account reset so I can log back in? Thanks so much for your help. Our tech admin, who has been seriously busy with RL work, is the one who can reset an email address directly in the database, but let’s see what we have first.
