Looking for specific fic from years ago.

What I remember is this;

It’s about young adult Severus Snape post hogwarts working as a shop assistant or brewer for a potions shop/apotechary. 

He has very low salary, lives at tiny flat over shop, his boss manipulate him to give blow jobs as he can’t pay rent. 

Somehow Snape ends up taking care of baby harry, who is sick. Baby harry is to loud and Snape quits and they move out.
