Pureblood children disappear, turns out to be aliens, Draco binds hermione to protect his family

A well written story in which pureblood children are disappearing. It’s post war, but old animosities still linger (pureblood in control of top positions, still rasist etc). Draco has taken over the Lordship and is ruled by it, trying to protect scorpius wo was born autistic (?) bc his mother was a drug addict during her pregnancy. Aliens are eating the magic in the pureblood children or something. Later on they find out it has happened before during  S slytherins time, the only way to protect the children is to bind their family to a muggleborn. Malfoy keep scheming to bind hermione to his etc.

Super grateful if anyone recognizes it and remember the name
