Invalid Story ID (Part 2)

Question

I do make sure it falls into right catagory and sub genre, I double check the author too. The only thing that kind of works (sometimes) is if I make a brand new entry which annoying and redundant. This has been happening for about 4 months now.

The category and sub genre shouldn’t come up in the Currently Reading fields. Those only apply when uploading a story.

But, what you’re describing as happening could also be caused by cookie issues. AFF uses cookies, and sometimes, over time, those cookies get corrupted. You can clear your AFF cookies in your browser, as well as your browser’s cache and history, and that acts as a reset. You’ll create a fresh cookie when you revisit each subdomain, and your profile, which may resolve your issue.

In case you need the information, we have a FAQ on clearing your browser’s cookies, cache, and history here.
